Most therapy asks you to fit into a framework. I built Inner Revolution for the people who never quite did. Here, healing is collaborative and trauma-informed, beginning with safety in your body and nervous system. Rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life, I bring the tools, the training, and the space to help you reclaim the wholeness you’ve always held.

I am a trauma-informed, holistic psychotherapist who believes in the healing power of creativity, connection, and coming home to your body. My work honors you as a whole person: mind, body, soul, and spirit. As a biracial, pansexual, gender fluid, and neurodivergent clinician, I bring my whole self to this work because I know what it means to hold multiple identities at once.

I don’t believe there’s one right way to heal. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and deep respect for what feels safe. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and always collaborative. We go at your pace. Some sessions might be quiet and reflective, or deep and profound. Others might involve gentle movement, creativity, or mindfulness. I weave together a range of approaches depending on what each person needs.

Getting to know the different parts of yourself with compassion, including the ones that feel difficult, protective, or hard to understand.

Honoring the spiritual dimension of healing, whether that’s nature, faith, the mystical, meaning-making, or connection to something greater.

Gently working with what the body holds, releasing stored trauma through awareness of physical sensations and nervous system responses.

Everything is connected: mind, body, soul, and spirit. I create a space where all parts of you are honored and supported in the journey toward wholeness.

Helping you make room for the hard stuff without letting it run the show and moving toward a life guided by your values.
The lasting imprints of difficult childhoods, relationships, and life events: held gently in body, mind, and memory as we reclaim safety and wholeness together
Navigating psychosis and experiences others may not understand—with nonjudgmental presence, somatic grounding, and specialized care that honors your inner reality.
Gently uncovering the truth of who you are: your gender, purpose, sexuality, and deepest sense of self, in a space that honors every layer of your unfolding.
Healing from the real, ongoing harm of oppression and discrimination with trauma-informed care that validates your experience, restores your agency, and honors the strength you’ve always carried.
You deserve support, not judgment, when you’re in your darkest moments. Working at a crisis center, I bring frontline experience and steady presence to help you find solid ground when everything feels like it’s slipping away.
Depression. Bipolar. The exhaustion of carrying both, met here with permission to lay it down, even just for a moment, and the steady support to slowly rebuild from there.
My practice is especially designed for adults who are carrying a load: people who are questioning, searching, or healing, and who want a space that honors all of who they are.

I have particular experience and passion for supporting young adults ages 18-30 navigating psychosis or first-episode experiences, trauma survivors including childhood trauma, mood conditions like depression and Bipolar, and marginalized communities. And while my heart is especially in this work, all clients are warmly welcomed.
You don’t have to fit a certain mold.
That’s completely okay. There’s no wrong way to start. Our first session is simply a chance to meet, share a little about what’s bringing you in, and get a sense of what working together might feel like. You don’t need to have it figured out.
I work best with individuals who are ready to go beneath the surface, people who sense that something deeper is calling them toward growth, healing, or change. My clients are often curious, self-aware, and open to exploring themselves in new ways. If you’ve ever felt like traditional approaches only told part of your story, you may find a real home here.
The therapeutic relationship is one of the most sacred and important parts of the healing process. After our first session, notice how you feel: do you feel seen, respected, and safe enough to be honest? My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with a holistic, mind-body perspective, so if you’re someone who knows that healing happens on more than just a surface level, we may be a wonderful match. I offer an initial consultation so we can both explore that connection before committing, and if another therapist would serve you better, I will always encourage you to follow that knowing, your healing journey comes first.
