About Me

Christina Bame

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) – Astrologer

As a pansexual, biracial, genderfluid, and neurodivergent therapist, I bring together lived experience, clinical training, and a mind–body–soul-spirit approach to whole person healing.

Pronouns: She/He

I am a trauma-informed, holistic psychotherapist with a deep belief in the healing power of creativity, connection, and coming home to your body. My approach honors you as a whole person. That means we don’t leave parts of you at the door. Your history, your identity, your nervous system, all of it belongs in the room.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with ten years of professional experience. I am specially trained in Somatic psychotherapy, Spiritually-Integrated Psychotherapy and Trauma-Informed Yoga, deepening my skills in nervous system support and spiritual care. I am an eclectic therapist tailoring my therapeutic modalities to each client, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Inner Child Work, Attachment Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic psychotherapy, and Mindfulness.

I specialize in holistic healing with adults who may be navigating psychosis, racial and gender stressors, depression, Bipolar, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and spiritual exploration. My work is shaped by a wide range of experience from crisis intervention, first-episode psychosis treatment, outpatient therapy and supporting survivors of trauma. I have also worked in research and program development, leading community-focused initiatives to support LGBTQI2-S transitional age youth.

Social justice and equity are foundational to my approach. I am committed to understanding each person within their cultural context, including how oppression, identity, and generational trauma impact wellbeing. I value creating space where every part of your identity is seen, honored, and supported.

I believe the therapist’s humanity matters. Outside of sessions, I find meaning in spirituality, astrology, the occult, and the natural world. I’m a lifelong learner who loves to travel, practice yoga, and explore the mystical threads that connect us all to something larger than ourselves.
