Inner Revolution is a therapy practice for individuals navigating experiences ranging from domestic violence and sexual assault to psychosis and altered states. What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the integration of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I blend evidence-based practices like ACT and somatic therapy with creative methods such as art, music, and movement. When traditional talk therapy hasn’t helped, or possibly felt retraumatizing, I help clients release stuck trauma and stress. Here, healing isn’t just reducing symptoms — it’s reclaiming your voice, honoring your identity, and reconnecting with the deeper parts of you that know transformation is possible.

At the moment of the Divine Bang, we broke off from the divine oneness. We are finding our way back.

We feel we are an individual ego, an individual being. We are the all.

We came from the same source and we will return to the same source. The original divine spark that created all things and all of the universe.

We can ignite this spark within us here and now.
