A journey to reconnect with every part of you — a return to the wholeness that’s always been there.

What Inner Revolution means
Inner Revolution is the process of turning toward yourself — not to fix what’s broken, but to honor what’s true. It’s a healing path that supports you in reconnecting with your mind, body, soul, and spirit.
Psychology began as the study of the psyche — the soul. My work respects that origin. Healing is not only emotional or cognitive; it lives in the nervous system, in relationships, in intuition, and in the sacred or spiritual meaning you make of your life.
How we work together
Through trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic healing, and spiritually integrated approaches — including counseling astrology — our sessions make space for your full experience.
Together, we explore:
- the impact of trauma and learned survival patterns
- your experiences, including those that feel otherworldly or hard to explain, like psychosis.
- your connection to purpose, identity, and spirituality
- the intuitive wisdom held within your body
- unconscious and shadow aspects ready to be integrated
- the effects of systems, culture, and history on your wellbeing
You lead the pace. Safety and trust come first.
This is a collaborative process rooted in empowerment and compassion.
Why Inner Revolution matters
When we journey inward, we discover:
- more nervous system regulation and emotional balance
- that even experiences like psychosis can hold insight, creativity, and personal strength.
- deeper self-awareness and aligned decision-making
- liberated expression beyond others’ expectations.
- a renewed sense of meaning, connection, and possibility.
- a felt sense of wholeness.
Healing becomes less about striving — and more about coming home.
A sacred invitation
You are not here to be who the world told you to be.
You are here to remember yourself.
Inner Revolution supports you in reclaiming the parts of your story that deserve to be witnessed — and in building a life that feels grounded, authentic, and whole.
