Mind-Body-Soul-Spirit Connection

Healing happens when mind, body, soul, and spirit come back into alignment—awakening our innate capacity to feel whole, grounded, and alive again.

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when all parts of you are honored — your mind, body, soul, and spirit. Instead of separating mental health from physical or spiritual well-being, I work holistically, weaving together somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, creativity, and spiritually-integrated psychotherapy. This means we not only talk about what you’re going through — we explore how it’s stored in your body, shaped by your lived experiences, and influenced by your values, identity, and sense of the sacred. This integrated approach is especially supportive for people navigating trauma, psychosis, identity exploration, or spiritual suffering, allowing you to move toward wholeness with grounded nervous system support, meaningful insight, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
